Ordering Parts & Equipment From Skylaunch

Use the links on the bottom of the main menu to browse through our catalogue & click the "Add now" buttons to add items to your order/quote request list.

We are working hard on our on-line catalogue and will soon have a full on-line purchasing system. In the mean time you can order parts through the catalogue system and we will get in touch with you (or you can contact us) to finalise costs & carriage. If you already have an account with us we can dispatch things straight away.

When ordering please add any other details you may feel will be helpful to Skylaunch. This includes any observations about your machine that may assist in our program of customer driven continuous improvement.

All prices exclude purchase tax (eg VAT or MWST), import duties etc and are ex works. We will confirm all costs and carriage charges before we take payment.

Prices are in GB pounds (sterling) , with an indication of prices in Euros & US dollars. Please note that exchange rates vary daily and confirmed prices will be advised at time of order. Skylaunch reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Shipping & handling

Carriage is charged at cost plus a small percentage to cover our packing costs. The cost is calculated on the total weight when you reach the checkout. The scale of charges for UK deliveries are on our delivery charge page. (please contact us for carriage charges to other countries).

Foreign Exchange Rates

Please don't hesitate to contact us for the latest exchange rates - we are hppy to supply woldwide. Either email us or create an order and add a note in the "additional info" field requesting a quotation and we will quote you prices and shipping costs in both pounds stirling and your local currency.

On-line Accounts

You can set up your own on-line account with us which means all your details such as invoice and delivery address(s) are saved for future use. You are also then able to check the staus of your orders and view previous orders

Credit accounts

Please contact us if you wiould like to set up a credit account with us. We realise that many gliding organisations do not have credit cards and prefer to pay by cheque. We do normally expect at least the first transaction to be paid in advance of shipping
